Our Basic Philosophy defines who we are and the kind of company we are striving to become. Hoyu was entering its 70th year in 1992, and it had become apparent that the company needed all of its members to come together to create a consistent environment and define a common direction to lead us to further growth in the 21st century and beyond.
Our Basic Philosophy is the result of that endeavor. Though it is a bit lengthy, we believe that this Basic Philosophy authentically captures the unique characteristics of Hoyu in the eyes of our employees.
